How to Register To register online for the Conference, please click on the button or download a copy of the registration form and return it to the conference secretariat by fax or mail (details below). Early bird registration closes on 17 August 2012 SAS2012 Conference Secretariat Registration Fees All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST.

Method of Payment Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:
Payment Deadlines Registrations received on or before 17 August 2012 must be paid in full by 17 August 2012 in order to receive the early bird registration rate. Registrations received between 17 August 2012 and 18 November 2012 must be paid in full by 18 November 2012 in order to receive full registration entitlements. Failure to adhere to the deadlines will result in your registration being automatically moved up to the next registration rate. Cancellation of Registration Deadline: 18 October 2012 Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 18 October 2012 will receive a full refund less a AUD $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after 18 October 2012 will not be refunded. The committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application. Substitute delegates will be accepted in writing. Disclaimer All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as printed in this document. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee and the Meeting Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the 15th International Small-Angle Scattering Conference, Organising Committee and the Meeting Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions.
